Ivy is a Business Operations Analyst at RevelOne, supporting executive retained searches at both high-growth startups and public companies. Her recent search work spans a myriad of functions at both B2B and B2C tech companies including Forge, Keeper Security, Shipt, Bombas, and ThirdLove. Ivy approaches each and every search with enthusiasm, curiosity, and thoughtfulness. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she currently resides in Chicago where she enjoys long walks by the river, exploring museums, and binging anything true crime-related. Ivy graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor’s degree in both Communication and Spanish.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love to spend my time with my two Chicago roommates/best friends trying new restaurants, recipes, and workout classes!

What is the oddest job you’ve ever had?

Aiding a 6 year-old with remote learning amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. While I refined my arts and crafts skills, I also gained a new found appreciation for teachers everywhere!
