Bio

Lexi graduated from Ball State University where she received her Bachelors of Science in both Marketing and Business Administration. Over the course of her college career, she quickly realized she had an entrepreneurial nature and passion to make a large impact within her career. She began her career working with multiple high-growth startups where she became fascinated with all aspects of marketing. Throughout her early career, she gained experience in e-commerce, IT, print media and recruiting with companies ranging from start-ups to larger organizations. She has worked in many areas of marketing including growth marketing, influencer marketing, social media, content creation and brand marketing. Lexi has a passion for working with clients and transforming ideas into reality. With the combination of her analytical mindset, marketing experience, and a knack for developing strong teams, recruiting became a natural place to continue her career at RevelOne.
