    Role Overview

    As an Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to top tier tech and VC-backed clients, providing thought leadership for their most critical hiring and talent needs. You will develop customized search strategies based on their go-to-market talent needs to help them hire game changing talent to achieve their goals.

    What You’ll Do

    • Partner with CEOs and executives on their go-to-market strategy to turn their marketing and/or sales goals into an actionable talent strategy
    • Develop, execute, and refine search strategies based on client’s role specification to identify, attract, and recruit bullseye candidates
    • Perform candidate outreach, evaluation, and development, and successfully close finalist candidates
    • Guide the work of an assigned research analyst who provides sourcing strategy and support for your roles, providing coaching and mentoring throughout the search process
    • Contribute toward internal firm initiatives and projects and collaborate with team members to improve processes, tools, and technology

    Role Overview

    As a VP, you have the ability to be an independent contributor and execute searches on your own, or you can lead a team of recruiters and researchers. Oversight of a team includes balancing roles and capacity among your team and yourself and owning the economics of your team. As a VP leading a team, you have the autonomy to grow your team, and you’ll play an active role in hiring, developing, and overseeing your team’s performance. At the VP level, whether you are an individual contributor or leader of a team, you’ll play a more active role in business development efforts, through the closing of inbound leads and leveraging your network for the development of new business.

    What You’ll Do

  • Research & Sourcing Analyst

    Role Overview

    We are looking for analytic, curious individuals with strong research and communication skills and a passion for marketing to support our search and growth initiatives.

    What You’ll Do

    As a Research & Sourcing Analyst, you’re one of the engines that make our firm go. Your role covers a diverse set of activities, including market and candidate research, search strategy, CRM/email, and data analytics.

    This is a great opportunity to build a core set of sourcing, analyst, tech, & operations skills that will set you up well for a wide range of roles, including talent, marketing, sales/BD or customer success. 

    Working with RevelOne’s team and our CEO/CMO clients at top startups as they build their companies is an unparalleled way to get to know the most important roles, channels, and companies in areas like e-commerce, digital marketing, cloud, and AI.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with our recruiters and clients to support search strategy work via candidate research, outreach and tracking
    • Build expertise in sourcing and eventually doing outreach, interviewing, and presenting candidates to our clients
    • Collaborate cross functionally with account leads and offshore resources to provide a seamless experience for our candidates and clients
    • Identify, test, and iterate ways to improve KPIs and processes across our team
    • Build expertise in leading edge research, CRM, and database tools
    • Develop market research methodologies and tools around top companies, verticals, and Venture Capital firms
