We’re hiring for researchers/sourcers who are an integral part of the search execution team, performing market and candidate research, developing search strategy plans, and participating in candidate outreach and data analytics initiatives. We have two different levels – Analyst and Sr. Analyst, based on the extent of experience you have performing similar candidate research/sourcing and/or recruiting coordination and support work.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to top tier tech and VC-backed clients, providing thought leadership for their most critical hiring and talent needs. You will develop customized search strategies based on their go-to-market talent needs to help them hire game changing talent to achieve their goals.
As an Account Director, you’ll be a trusted advisor to top tier tech and VC-backed clients, providing thought leadership for their most critical hiring and talent needs. You will develop customized search strategies based on their go-to-market talent needs to help them hire game changing talent to achieve their goals. You’ll contribute to business development initiatives through conversion of inbound business development leads and the opportunity to leverage your network for new business development opportunities.
As a VP, you have the ability to be an independent contributor and execute searches on your own, or you can lead a team of recruiters and researchers. Oversight of a team includes balancing roles and capacity among your team and yourself and owning the economics of your team. As a VP leading a team, you have the autonomy to grow your team, and you’ll play an active role in hiring, developing, and overseeing your team’s performance. At the VP level, whether you are an individual contributor or leader of a team, you’ll play a more active role in business development efforts, through the closing of inbound leads and leveraging your network for the development of new business.
