    What Makes You Great for This Role?

    • Experience in recruiting for VC-backed high growth companies, marketing roles, or leadership roles.
    • Ability to manage clients, including guide strategy, prioritize requests, report on progress, handle issues,  and ensure high client satisfaction
    • Structured thinking to guide analysts on where to find the best people based on skills and relevant company maps, combined with the ability to come up with creative strategies for tough searches.
    • Strong communication skills, you will be working directly with marketing leaders to help them build their marketing and executive teams.
