Sidney is a recent graduate of CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, with a double-major in Finance & Accounting. Following her graduation, she spent a brief amount of time traveling overseas, before returning to her hometown of Boulder and beginning her professional accounting career. She worked for Kion, a Boulder health & wellness startup, for a year and a half before joining the RevelOne Finance & Accounting team in 2021. She is an avid triathlete, trail runner, and cyclist.

Brooke has over 8 years of experience in retail, food and beverage, real estate, and marketing. Prior to joining RevelOne, Brooke worked for Green Peak as an executive assistant to their COO and CPO, managing calendars, proofing reports and managing onboarding. Prior to Green Peak, she worked at Rhino Realty Pros as a Transaction Manager/EA, managing seven to ten real estate transactions at a time, coordinating all marketing, and organizing team meetings and classes. Prior to her role at Rhino, Brooke worked for Mission Yogurt as a Project Manager/EA managing the marketing department and organizing the schedules and emails of the Owner and Director of Business Development. Brooke holds a B.S. from Johnson & Wales University in Business Administration & Management with a concentration in Marketing,

Meghan began her operations career in the startup space at  Better Place Forests, where she handled real estate and product launches, a tech stack migration, and grew the operations team to 5 people.

Having experienced going through Seed to Series B, as well as multiple marketing leader transitions, she was ecstatic to join RevelOne to help work with clients going through similar growth and changes.

Meghan holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in Anthropology with a double concentration in Culture and Linguistics, in addition to two minors, one in Psychology and in Law & Society.

Sam is a Business Operations Analyst at RevelOne, supporting executive retained searches at both high-growth startups and public companies. He has experience working with B2B enterprise startups and emerging B2C marketplaces. Prior to RevelOne, Sam began his career in the editorial world, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of a satire magazine called The Free Peach and an Editorial Intern at Modern Luxury. He also brings experience working in the expert network industry, as a Client Services Associate at Guidepoint. He has built a strong skill set in communicating with executives and collaborating with consulting firms. Sam currently resides in San Francisco.

Sam holds a Bachelor’s in English and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.

Loizos is a Business Operations Analyst in RevelOne’s Sales and Revenue practice, where he supports executive go-to-market searches for high-growth tech companies. Prior to joining RevelOne, Loizos was the Administrative Fellow for Vassar College’s Career Development Office. In this role, Loizos consulted with students and graduates on resumes and cover letters, internship and job searches, networking, preparing for interviews, and career planning. Loizos, who was part of the Career Development Office’s first-ever Communications Team, promoted the office’s events and resources to members of the Vassar community through email newsletters and through the office’s social media pages. Before that, Loizos worked in various research-specific roles while he was a student in college. He holds a B.A. from Vassar College.

After earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from California State University – Long Beach, Kera entered the recruiting world. She brings 4+ years of recruiting and marketing experience, which she leverages into her role on the Business Operations team at RevelOne. Most recently, Kera was the Director of Recruitment and Selection at Northwestern Mutual, where she led the entirety of the recruiting team and process, while ensuring candidate success along the way. Here, she was able to develop a deep understanding of internal recruiting and team leadership, while achieving process-driven results. She has a passion for building collaborative relationships and helping others achieve their goals and visions, demonstrated ny her wide range of work experience, including internal and external recruiting, marketing, sales, and financial services. Kera is energized by her team and other hardworking, ambitious individuals. In addition to always being ready for a new challenge, she is also reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Montse started her recruiting career at Magellan Research Group, an expert network startup that sources executives and industry experts for short-term consulting projects. For three years, she developed her communications and networking skills while gaining experience managing hedge fund and private equity clients. Montse also took on internal hiring and development initiatives for the firm where she discovered a passion for helping candidates find the right opportunities. She is motivated by driving long-term value for clients and establishing meaningful connections. Montse previously worked in the translation and customer service industries.

Montse holds a B.A. from NYU in Spanish & Linguistics.

Emma is a Business Operations Analyst at RevelOne and brings experience in both talent and market analysis. Prior to RevelOne, Emma worked as an analyst at a private equity focused management consulting firm, Green Peak Partners, where she developed data-driven recommendations regarding necessary organizational, cultural, and strategic changes to achieve a client’s long-term business goals. Emma also has experience in customer relationship management, having successfully transitioned an entire firm to a new CRM platform as well as having developed structured company best practices around CRM. Emma graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a French minor.

Uddhav is an experienced search professional with expertise in Sales and Go-To-Market based positions for fast-growing technology companies. His experience is predominantly with early-stage and high-growth businesses within Tech, looking for their next Sales and Revenue leaders.

He spent 2+ years at Michael Page where he was a top performer company-wide. His background includes experience is in SaaS Sales, Tech Monetization, Business Development, and Startup Planning and Strategy.

Strohm began her recruiting career at a boutique firm as a recruiter for high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed companies. There she quickly excelled by hiring for and helping to scale both B2C and B2B companies. She has a client-centric mentality that contributes to her ability to support her clients in a way that both drives results and fosters true partnership. She is passionate about helping industry leading management teams transform through diverse and innovative talent strategies. Strohm holds a BA in Marketing from Mississippi State University.
