Sidney is a recent graduate of CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, with a double-major in Finance & Accounting. Following her graduation, she spent a brief amount of time traveling overseas, before returning to her hometown of Boulder and beginning her professional accounting career. She worked for Kion, a Boulder health & wellness startup, for a year and a half before joining the RevelOne Finance & Accounting team in 2021. She is an avid triathlete, trail runner, and cyclist.

Brooke has over 8 years of experience in retail, food and beverage, real estate, and marketing. Prior to joining RevelOne, Brooke worked for Green Peak as an executive assistant to their COO and CPO, managing calendars, proofing reports and managing onboarding. Prior to Green Peak, she worked at Rhino Realty Pros as a Transaction Manager/EA, managing seven to ten real estate transactions at a time, coordinating all marketing, and organizing team meetings and classes. Prior to her role at Rhino, Brooke worked for Mission Yogurt as a Project Manager/EA managing the marketing department and organizing the schedules and emails of the Owner and Director of Business Development. Brooke holds a B.S. from Johnson & Wales University in Business Administration & Management with a concentration in Marketing,

Meghan began her operations career in the startup space at  Better Place Forests, where she handled real estate and product launches, a tech stack migration, and grew the operations team to 5 people.

Having experienced going through Seed to Series B, as well as multiple marketing leader transitions, she was ecstatic to join RevelOne to help work with clients going through similar growth and changes.

Meghan holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in Anthropology with a double concentration in Culture and Linguistics, in addition to two minors, one in Psychology and in Law & Society.

Kathryn is an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager with a demonstrated history of success in the digital and social media space. Prior to RevelOne, she brings nearly a decade of marketing experience with startups and VCs, having led marketing efforts at the University of Cincinnati, WineSociety (CPG/DTC startup), and Cintrifuse (Startup Catalyst/ VC Fund).

Kathryn holds a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in Communications and a Certification in Public Relations.

As the Talent Acquisition and Project Manager at RevelOne, Gina contributes to key onboarding and Human Resource initiatives. Prior to joining RevelOne, Gina held a number of roles supporting senior management and managing recruitment and onboarding efforts at national management and human resources consulting firms, including Frazier Healthcare, Korn Ferry – HayGroup, and Green Peak Partners. She is people-focused and never meets a stranger. Whether for work or personal interest, Gina enjoys traveling the country and the world. When she’s not in the kitchen trying out new recipes for family and friends, she can be found running and hiking her way around her newest home state of Colorado.

Tiffany Nguyen is passionate about people and their stories. She strives to help others find solutions and support their growth. She started her career in the tech industry at Oracle NetSuite. She cultivated strategic relationships with C-suite executives to develop custom solutions to meet their business needs and align to their business goals. She joined RevelOne to pursue her passion in executive search. Her expertise is in talent acquisition, lead generation, search and social media relations.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado Boulder with emphases in Marketing and Talent Management.

As a Research Analyst at RevelOne, Peter identifies and matches candidates to role requirements outlined by clients. They were attracted to RevelOne due to the emphasis on interpersonal connection and finding solutions to complex problems. Prior to joining RevelOne, Peter was a scientific research assistant studying the genetic basis of aging at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and mental health research funded by the National Institute of Health at Middlebury College.

Peter holds a B.A. from Middlebury College in Psychology.

Montse started her recruiting career at Magellan Research Group, an expert network startup that sources executives and industry experts for short-term consulting projects. For three years, she developed her communications and networking skills while gaining experience managing hedge fund and private equity clients. Montse also took on internal hiring and development initiatives for the firm where she discovered a passion for helping candidates find the right opportunities. She is motivated by driving long-term value for clients and establishing meaningful connections. Montse previously worked in the translation and customer service industries.

Montse holds a B.A. from NYU in Spanish & Linguistics.

Mena has been with RevelOne since 2020 and has worked with many clients from a16z to Tory Burch on dozens of executive-level searches. With extensive knowledge spanning brand, demand generation, acquisition, and other channels, she is a strong contributor as the research analyst on the team for scores of executive searches. She also leads onboarding and training for new analysts on the team and loves helping the team develop and drive consistent success. Previously, she worked with various academic institutions and organizations conducting brand and consumer research, which is where she found a love for research focused on helping marketing organizations succeed. Mena started her career in sales, selling, and fulfilling market research projects. She graduated from Ball State University.

Outside of work, Mena is a dog mom and lover of all things in the mountains. If she’s not conducting research, she’s probably out on the slopes somewhere in pursuit of the best skiing.

Meaghan is a Business Operations Analyst with RevelOne, supporting executive retained searches and business development research. Before starting at RevelOne, Meaghan was an intern at the United Nations Department of Global Communications where she supported the research efforts of several UN information officers and worked on their website/social media. Meaghan joined RevelOne in December of 2021 and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge on all things marketing.

Meaghan graduated from James Madison University, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics. She also has a Masters in Political Science with a concentration in European Union Policy Studies that she received while living and studying abroad in Italy.
