Strohm began her recruiting career at a boutique firm as a recruiter for high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed companies. There she quickly excelled by hiring for and helping to scale both B2C and B2B companies. She has a client-centric mentality that contributes to her ability to support her clients in a way that both drives results and fosters true partnership. She is passionate about helping industry leading management teams transform through diverse and innovative talent strategies. Strohm holds a BA in Marketing from Mississippi State University.

Prior to RevelOne, Sarah Beth pivoted her career from social work to executive recruiting. She gained 4 years of experience as a senior recruiter building out high-functioning marketing teams, working with a variety of industries. She is an experienced client manager with a demonstrated history of working for high-growth companies including MasterClass, Our Place, Health E-Commerce, OnX, and Reforge. Sarah Beth thrives on working with both enterprise clients and consumer brands. With her previous history as a therapist, Sarah Beth values creating strong and lasting relationships with her candidates.

Sarah Beth holds a Master’s from the University of Denver in Social Work.

Jesse started at RevelOne as an Account Director in 2022. In the decade prior to joining us, he built and operated his own independent search firm and worked as a marketing strategy consultant for several Fortune 500 consumer brands, including General Mills, Colgate-Palmolive, Coca-Cola and Georgia-Pacific. In this role, he developed a keen understanding and appreciation for the importance of strong marketing to underpin business growth and strategy. He draws on this foundation and brings an owner/entrepreneur mentality to searches, both helping clients and candidates navigate related challenges.

Currently, Jesse leads the Interim Expert Network and manages our fractional and interim placement business at RevelOne. In this role, he works with clients needing to fill key gaps with advisors, fractional CMOs, expert consultants, interim leaders or hands-on specialists across all GTM functions.

Outside of work, you can find him trail running across the front range, skiing or hiking Colorado’s best peaks, riding his bike and playing tennis. He is also passionate about serving the local community through volunteerism.

Eric is an Account Director within RevelOne’s Sales and Revenue Practice. Prior to joining RevelOne, Eric had six years of progressive experience with large (Heidrick & Struggles) and boutique (Odgers Berndtson & Perspective) executive search firms working across a broad range of industry and functional areas.

He has successfully recruited talent for VP and general management roles up through the executive suite and Board level across the Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and Corporate Strategy functions. His clients have ranged from global multi-billion dollar organizations & Private Equity groups to VC-backed high-technology companies, spanning the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Renewables, and broader Industrial sectors.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and is based in Houston.

Based in New York, NY, Emerson is a Senior Account Director at RevelOne, specializing in Marketing, Growth, Sales & Business Development, General Management, and other GTM leadership assignments for high-growth and emerging B2B and B2C tech companies. Leveraging his extensive network, broad industry experience, and prescriptive approach, Emerson connects impactful talent with dynamic and disruptive organizations, enabling ongoing growth, innovation, and transformation.

Before joining RevelOne, Emerson spent three years at Marlin Hawk, focusing on C-suite and VP-level assignments in Marketing, Product Management, Digital, and Technology leadership. His clients included Fortune 500 companies across various sectors such as Manufacturing, TMT, Retail, CPG/FMCG, and Financial Services. Emerson’s experience in executive search began at The Meyer Partnership in New York, where he spent five years specializing in executive placements within Payments, FinTech, and Corporate Banking.

Emerson holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of the South in Sewanee, TN. In addition to building and fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, Emerson is passionate about music, travel, and cooking.

John has been a CEO for 15 years and has raised over $150M in venture capital. Most recently, John was the CEO of The Pro’s Closet, where he helped scale revenue from $28M to $72M in his first two years. Previously, he was the Founder/CEO of Craftsy, which was acquired by NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment. Craftsy (later rebranded as bluprint) grew from an idea to over 300 employees and $400M in cumulative revenue.

Prior to founding Craftsy, John held executive roles at eBay and HomeAdvisor. He joined eBay in 1999, as Head of Strategy & BD for eBay Motors, helping grow it into a $14 billion a year GMS global business.

Before eBay, John spent 6 years at General Electric, graduating from GE’s Financial Management program and Corporate Audit Staff. John received his MBA from The University of Michigan and his BA from Colgate University, where he double-majored in History and English.

John is based in Denver, CO, where he teaches at the University of Colorado Business School, with a focus on the role Marketing plays in corporate strategy, and how marketing org. design and spend levels/metrics translate through the income statement, balance sheet, and ultimately to sustainable profitable growth.

Lauren brings over 10 years of specialized consulting and executive search experience to RevelOne. Since transitioning to executive search in 2016, she has partnered with top innovative clients across a variety of B2B and B2C industries. Lauren brings a collaborative, consultative approach and is passionate about building strong teams for high-growth companies.

Lauren began her career consulting for Fortune 500 companies including Macy’s, Walgreens, and American Express where she focused on leveraging customer data to drive engagement and loyalty.

While earning her BS at the University of Dayton, Lauren was also the CEO of Flyer Enterprises, one of the nation’s largest student-run businesses with over 200 employees.

John leads RevelOne’s Sales and Revenue practice. Prior to joining RevelOne, John spent nine years specializing in go-to-market searches for high-growth tech companies at Page Group. Throughout John’s tenure at Page Group, he won multiple accolades and was promoted on eight separate occasions to his most recent position of Executive Director for the West Coast.

Throughout John’s career, he has successfully launched, scaled, and led specialist go-to-market search teams on the East and West coasts and has an unprecedented knowledge of the market across the US. His core specialization is executive sales and sales leadership recruitment for high-growth PE and VC-backed tech companies.

John went to college in the UK and spent a brief stint as a professional athlete before moving to the US.

David brings over 30 years of experience in scaling consumer businesses, creating global brands and rapidly growing revenues through marketing, product and partnerships. Prior to RevelOne, as the EVP of Marketing for Shazam Entertainment, he grew the customer base 8-fold and increased the sales from digital goods by over 10X to $325 million/year, while building a global consumer brand. He has also held several marketing and general management positions at eBay, including as the director of eBay’s U.S. media and entertainment $1 billion+ business. He’s also been the CMO of Whimstay (marketplace for last-minute discount vacation rentals), the Chief Business Officer at the medical device company ApniCure, and the VP of Marketing and Product at Friendster. Previously, he was an associate partner at the management and technology consulting firm of Arthur D. Little. David holds a B.A. from Stanford University in Quantitative Economics.

Liz has nearly 15 years of executive search experience consulting with organizations of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, on critical hiring needs. The bulk of her career has been spent identifying Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Digital Officers and Vice President to Director level Marketing and Sales hires for growth-oriented companies. Liz is motivated by partnering with companies and hiring managers with aggressive revenue and growth goals. Liz is passionate about enhancing candidates’ livelihoods by understanding their strengths and personal goals and bringing forth opportunities to help them reach their full potential.

Early in her career Liz was a Program Director for the Wisconsin Technology Council. She organized conferences designed to connect early stage companies with investors and other essential resources. She also ran the statewide Governor’s Business Plan Contest, which helped entrepreneurs launch their business ideas. That experience was the foundation for her interest in helping growth stage companies succeed by building the right leadership teams. Liz earned her B.S. degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
