Bio

Emma is a Business Operations Analyst at RevelOne and brings experience in both talent and market analysis. Prior to RevelOne, Emma worked as an analyst at a private equity focused management consulting firm, Green Peak Partners, where she developed data-driven recommendations regarding necessary organizational, cultural, and strategic changes to achieve a client’s long-term business goals. Emma also has experience in customer relationship management, having successfully transitioned an entire firm to a new CRM platform as well as having developed structured company best practices around CRM. Emma graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a French minor.

What’s the favorite place you’ve visited?

Interlaken, Switzerland during my fall break while studying abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France. I went paragliding through the Swiss Alps!

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love to read - primarily mysteries, science fiction/fantasy, and classics. Some of my favorites include And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie, Dracula by Bram Stoker, and Dune by Frank Herbert.

What is the oddest job you’ve ever had?

In college, I worked as a summer camp counselor where I was responsible for supervising up to 40 children in a day! I worked in the “outdoor” camp, so my weeks consisted of river rafting, hikes, and camping.
