Bio

Prior to joining RevelOne, Jesse spent 7 years building and operating his own independent search firm. His team worked with small to midsize companies providing staffing and full-time recruiting services. They helped teams fill gaps across marketing, sales, tech, and operations. Previously, Jesse started his career working in marketing and brand consulting, where he developed a keen understanding and appreciation for the importance of strong marketing to underpin business growth and strategy. He draws on this foundation and brings an owner/entrepreneur mentality to searches. He has a passion for helping people continue their career journeys and enabling teams to thrive through hiring excellent talent.

Part of Jesse’s professional journey also includes starting and leading a nonprofit organization for the past decade, which focuses on community building through volunteerism in several cities. He currently remains an active Board member and team leader.

Jesse holds a B.A. from Emory University in Business Administration.
