Peeyal entered the executive recruiting field immediately after earning her B.A. in Sociology from The University of Texas.

Before joining RevelOne, Peeyal specialized in working with private equity-backed software companies, where she built a solid track record in placing C-level executives across various functions, including finance, sales, marketing, product/tech, board, and CEO roles. Her expertise in managing complex searches and her deep understanding of executive roles make her a key asset in the industry.

Outside of work, Peeyal enjoys cooking and exploring new culinary experiences. She is also deeply passionate about her two Siamese cats, Soup and Spoon.
