Lauren brings over 10 years of specialized consulting and executive search experience to RevelOne. Since transitioning to executive search in 2016, she has partnered with top innovative clients across a variety of B2B and B2C industries. Lauren brings a collaborative, consultative approach and is passionate about building strong teams for high-growth companies.

Lauren began her career consulting for Fortune 500 companies including Macy’s, Walgreens, and American Express where she focused on leveraging customer data to drive engagement and loyalty.

While earning her BS at the University of Dayton, Lauren was also the CEO of Flyer Enterprises, one of the nation’s largest student-run businesses with over 200 employees.

Cape Town, South Africa + an incredible safari at Kruger National Park

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love exploring all that Chicago has to offer and spending time with my two young kids who keep me on my toes!

What is the oddest job you’ve ever had?

I spent a summer washing dishes in a country club kitchen. It was a tough job, but led me to the coveted role of beer-cart driver, which was excellent.
