Liz has nearly 15 years of executive search experience consulting with organizations of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, on critical hiring needs. The bulk of her career has been spent identifying Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Digital Officers and Vice President to Director level Marketing and Sales hires for growth-oriented companies. Liz is motivated by partnering with companies and hiring managers with aggressive revenue and growth goals. Liz is passionate about enhancing candidates’ livelihoods by understanding their strengths and personal goals and bringing forth opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
Early in her career Liz was a Program Director for the Wisconsin Technology Council. She organized conferences designed to connect early stage companies with investors and other essential resources. She also ran the statewide Governor’s Business Plan Contest, which helped entrepreneurs launch their business ideas. That experience was the foundation for her interest in helping growth stage companies succeed by building the right leadership teams. Liz earned her B.S. degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In my spare time I love to watch my son and daughter play youth sports, meet friends for coffee, attend University of Wisconsin football and basketball games (and tailgates) and enjoy any outdoor activity with my husband and kids!
Carhop at a drive-in restaurant. It wasn't necessarily odd, but it was the most nostalgic job and where I truly learned the importance of hustling and multi-tasking on the job.
