Emma is an Associate with full-desk recruiting responsibilities at RevelOne and brings experience in both talent and market analysis. Her experience spans an array of functions, roles, and industries, with an emphasis on go-to-market placements with high-growth beauty, fashion, and health & wellness brands. In addition to full-desk recruiting, Emma also helps with candidate sourcing, search strategies, and internal business operations, specifically around project data.

Prior to RevelOne, Emma worked as an analyst at a private equity-focused management consulting firm where she developed recommendations for organizational, cultural, and strategic changes to achieve a client's long-term business goals.

Emma graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a French minor.
