After earning her Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from California State University - Long Beach, Kera entered the recruiting world. She brings 4+ years of recruiting and marketing experience, which she leverages into her role on the Business Operations team at RevelOne. Most recently, Kera was the Director of Recruitment and Selection at Northwestern Mutual, where she led the entirety of the recruiting team and process, while ensuring candidate success along the way. Here, she was able to develop a deep understanding of internal recruiting and team leadership, while achieving process-driven results. She has a passion for building collaborative relationships and helping others achieve their goals and visions, demonstrated ny her wide range of work experience, including internal and external recruiting, marketing, sales, and financial services.
